Door-to-Door Delivery +RM15

Optional — you can choose this service at checkout.

With it

Our driver brings your order all the way to your unit door — condo, apartment, office or mall lot.

Without it

You meet the driver at the main entrance or lobby to collect your order.

Available for balloon and gift orders. Event decoration is delivered and set up at your venue, so this option is not required.

Door-to-Door Delivery is an optional +RM15 service. Your standard delivery fee is calculated separately based on your delivery zone and order value.

Event Decoration Setup Fee RM80

Applies to Event Decoration packages that require on-site setup.

Package

The package price does not include the Setup Fee. Select the applicable setup option from the product variants, and the fee will be automatically added to the product price.

Setup

A separate RM80 Setup Fee applies when our team is required to travel to your venue and install the selected decoration.

Delivery

Delivery fees are charged separately according to your applicable delivery zone and order value, as shown above.

Please make sure to select the appropriate Setup Fee option when placing your Event Decoration order.

In short: The Event Decoration package price excludes the RM80 Setup Fee. Once the applicable setup option is selected, the fee is automatically added to the product price.

Priority Delivery +RM50

For urgent or last-minute delivery requests.

When

Priority Delivery may be available for urgent or last-minute orders, same-day requests after the regular cut-off, or requests for a specific delivery time.

How

This is not a checkout option. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order. Our team will confirm whether Priority Delivery is available for your requested date and timing.

Priority Delivery is strictly subject to availability on the day. Once confirmed by our team, the RM50 fee will be charged separately.

Please confirm with us before checking out. Urgent orders placed without prior confirmation are not guaranteed to meet the requested delivery time and are not eligible for a refund, discount or compensation due to timing delays.

DELIVERY TIME

When It Arrives

Choose one of two delivery windows when placing your order. Selecting a window does not book an exact delivery time — your order will arrive at some point within the selected window.

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

To secure this delivery window, please order by 8:00 AM. Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be arranged as soon as possible, subject to availability.

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

To secure this delivery window, please order by 11:00 AM. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be arranged as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Same-day cut-off is 4:00 PM. Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM may be arranged for same-day delivery, subject to preparation time, availability and coverage.
Allow 2–4 hours for order preparation. Balloons are prepared fresh after your order is confirmed. Please allow sufficient preparation time when selecting your delivery window.
Choosing a delivery window does not guarantee an exact arrival time. Your order may arrive at any time within the selected window.
Need an exact delivery time? Priority Delivery is available at RM50. Please contact us before checkout to confirm availability.
Missed the delivery window cut-off? Orders placed after the recommended cut-off will be arranged as soon as possible, subject to availability. The selected delivery window may no longer be available.
Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM. Same-day delivery is no longer available and the order will normally be scheduled for the next available delivery date, subject to availability.
Traffic and weather may affect delivery. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to traffic, weather or other delivery conditions.
