• On-site balloon setup is available for selected corporate events and venues in Penang.

• Our team will deliver and install the balloon decorations at the event venue according to the confirmed setup requirements.

• Setup arrangements may vary depending on the venue, event location, number of balloon decorations and overall event requirements.

Setup Schedule

• Setup timing will be arranged according to your event schedule and venue access.

• Please provide the event date, venue and preferred setup time when requesting a quotation.

• Early venue access may be required depending on the size and complexity of the setup.

• For corporate events held at offices, showrooms, retail spaces, hotels or commercial venues, please ensure that the venue allows access for decoration setup before the event.

Venue Requirements

• Please ensure that the setup area is accessible and ready before our team arrives.

• Inform us in advance of any venue restrictions, loading bay requirements, parking arrangements, lift access or building management procedures.

• Additional setup requirements may apply for venues with restricted access or specific installation rules.

Keep Your Balloon Decorations Looking Their Best

• For the best appearance and durability, keep balloon decorations indoors in a cool, air-conditioned environment whenever possible.

• Avoid placing balloon arches, pillars or garlands under direct sunlight, near strong heat sources, or in areas with significant temperature changes.

• Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, exposed corners, ceiling fixtures and other items that may cause accidental popping.

• Avoid strong airflow from fans, air-conditioning outlets or open entrances where possible, as excessive movement may affect the arrangement.

For Outdoor Events

• Outdoor balloon decorations are subject to weather conditions and may have a shorter lifespan than indoor setups.

• Direct sunlight, high temperatures, rain, humidity and strong wind can affect balloon appearance and increase the risk of popping or deflation.

• For outdoor events, we recommend placing balloon decorations in a shaded or covered area whenever possible.

• Outdoor setup suitability will be assessed based on the venue, weather conditions, available shade and installation area.

During Your Event

• Avoid moving or dragging balloon pillars, arches or garlands after installation.

• Keep guests, furniture and event equipment from pressing against the balloon decorations.

• Do not attach additional items to the balloon structure unless approved by our team.

• If a balloon becomes loose or damaged during the event, please contact our team for assistance rather than attempting to reposition the entire setup.

Estimated Display Duration

• Indoor balloon decorations typically remain in good condition for approximately 3–5 days under suitable conditions.

• Outdoor balloon decorations typically remain in good condition for approximately 1–2 days, depending on heat, sunlight, wind, rain and other environmental conditions.

• Actual display duration may vary depending on the venue, weather, balloon materials, installation conditions and handling.
