Yes. Same day balloon delivery is available Monday to Sunday for selected products and delivery areas. Orders should be placed before our 4:00pm cut off time, with a minimum preparation time of 2 to 4 hours required. Same day delivery is subject to availability.

Delivery fees depend on your delivery zone and order value. Selected Penang Island areas enjoy free delivery for orders of RM199 and above, while Mainland delivery fees vary by zone. The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout.

Delivery time depends on your selected delivery date, location, order preparation time and the day's delivery schedule. For same day orders, please allow at least 2 to 4 hours for preparation and delivery. We will contact you if there are any issues with your requested delivery time.

Yes, Heyfloat offers self collection for customers who prefer to pick up their balloon orders or gifts directly from our store instead of using our delivery service. You can select Self Collection as your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Yes, Heyfloat provides venue setup for selected event decoration packages. Please WhatsApp us to check setup slot availability before placing your order. Additional Setup and Travel Fees will apply.

No, the package price does not include the Setup Fee unless specifically stated. If a Setup option is available under the product variants, select the applicable option and the fee will be automatically added to the product price.

Yes, selected packages are DIY setup packages. The balloons will arrive fully inflated and ready for your event, while venue setup is the customer's responsibility. If you prefer our team to handle the setup, please select the applicable Setup option. Additional Setup and Travel Fees will apply.

We provide balloon decoration for a wide range of occasions, including birthdays, grand openings, corporate events, graduations, baby showers, gender reveals, proposals, anniversaries and other celebrations.

Event decoration and setup packages should be booked at least 3-7 day in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and scheduling. Larger or customised setups may require more advance notice depending on the design, venue and availability.

Helium balloon floating time depends on the balloon type, environment and handling conditions. For the best performance, all balloons should be kept indoors, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.Estimated floating duration:• Latex Balloons (without Hi-Float): approximately 6–8 hours• Latex Balloons (with Hi-Float): approximately 18–24 hours• Foil Balloons: at least 1 day• Bubble Balloons: at least 12 hours• Upgraded Bubble Balloons: approximately 7–10 daysPlease note that outdoor heat, humidity, air-conditioning, transportation and handling conditions may affect balloon performance and floating duration.

To help helium balloons last longer, keep them indoors in a cool, air-conditioned environment below 26°C whenever possible. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects and strong wind, as these can significantly reduce balloon lifespan and floating performance.For transportation, always turn on the car air-conditioning before placing balloons inside. Proper handling and storage can help balloons stay in their best condition for a longer period.For selected latex balloons, you may also add Hi-Float Gel on the product page to help extend the floating duration by approximately 2–3 times under suitable indoor conditions.

Due to the nature of balloons and personalised products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or has an issue, please contact Heyfloat as soon as possible with photos and your order details so our team can review the matter.
