How to Order Balloons Online from Heyfloat?

First time shopping with Heyfloat? Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Simply visit our website to place your order — it only takes a few minutes.

1) Select your product  
Choose a balloon set, gift, or decoration that you (or your recipient) will love. You can browse by occasion, theme, or budget.

2) Customise your product  
Personalise your order by selecting size, colours, text, or add-ons (where applicable). You can also include a message card to make your gift extra special.

3) Add to cart  
Once you’re happy with your selection, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

4) Select your delivery date & time  
Choose your preferred delivery date and time slot:  
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM  
• 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM  

Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM.  

For urgent same-day orders placed after 3:00 PM, customers are required to contact us via WhatsApp to check availability and arrange for priority delivery.  

Orders placed after 3:00 PM without prior arrangement will be automatically scheduled for next-day delivery.

5) Write your message  
Add a personalised message for your recipient. This will be included with your order.

6) Proceed to checkout  
Click “Checkout” to continue.

7) Login or create an account  
Enter your email or log in to your account. Creating an account allows you to save addresses and track your orders easily.

8) Enter delivery details  
Fill in the recipient’s name, contact number, and full address accurately to ensure smooth delivery.

9) Choose delivery method  
Select your preferred option:  
• Delivery (we deliver to your recipient)  
• Self-Collection (you or your representative pick up from our store)  

10) Make payment  
We accept Debit/Credit Card and FPX. Please ensure your payment details are correct before proceeding.

11) Enter your contact details  
Provide your contact number so we can update you via WhatsApp regarding your order status.

12) Confirm your order  
Click “Pay Now” to complete your order.

13) Review your order  
You will receive an order confirmation email with all your order details. Please double-check your delivery date, time slot, and message.

14) Sit back and relax  
Your order is now being prepared! 🎈
