Priority Delivery is strictly subject to availability on the day. Once confirmed by our team, the RM50 fee will be charged separately.

Door-to-Door Delivery +RM15

Our driver brings your order all the way to your unit door — condo, apartment, office or mall lot.

You meet the driver at the main entrance or lobby to collect your order.

Available for balloon and gift orders. Event decoration is delivered and set up at your venue, so this option is not required.

Zone A orders of RM199 and above deliver free. Free self-pickup is also available from our Heyfloat store at The Zen, Bayan Lepas. Delivery fees for other zones are based on your delivery area and order value.

DELIVERY TIME

When Your Balloons Arrive

Choose your preferred delivery date and available time slot when placing your order. We deliver within the selected window and cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Morning to early afternoon delivery window
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Afternoon to evening delivery window
  • Same-day cut-off is 4:00 PM. Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM may be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to delivery availability and coverage.
  • Allow 2–4 hours for preparation. Balloons are prepared fresh after your order is confirmed. Please choose a delivery slot that allows sufficient preparation time.
  • Time slots are delivery windows, not exact arrival times. Traffic, weather and delivery conditions may affect the actual arrival time.
  • Need a specific delivery time? Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. If you require a specific timing, please contact us before ordering to check availability.
  • Late same-day orders. Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will normally be scheduled for the next available delivery date, subject to availability.

Self Pickup From Our Store, Or We Deliver

Self Pickup — Bayan Lepas, Penang

Order online, then collect your balloons from our store during the available pickup hours. Free self-pickup is available for all orders. Please place your order online in advance so we can prepare your balloons before collection. View self-pickup details.

Same-Day Balloon Delivery

We deliver balloons to selected areas across Penang Island and Penang Mainland. Place your order before 4:00 PM for same-day delivery, subject to approximately 2–4 hours of preparation, delivery availability and coverage. Free delivery is available for orders of RM199 and above in eligible Penang Island zones. Mainland delivery fees vary by zone and order value.
