Delivery Schedule

• Delivery service is available daily except on selected public holidays.

• Delivery time slots:

-9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
-2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 4:00 PM.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

• For urgent same-day delivery requests after 4:00 PM, kindly contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.

• Time-specific delivery is not guaranteed as delays may occasionally occur due to traffic conditions, weather, road situations, building access, or peak celebration periods.

• Please ensure the recipient is reachable and available during the selected delivery time slot.

Estimated Helium Float Time

12″ Latex Balloon: Approx. 6–8 Hours

(Add Hi-Float Gel to extend float time up to 2–3× longer)

Foil Balloon: Approx. 24 Hours

Bubble Balloon: Approx. 12 Hours with gradual shrinking

(Upgrade available for extended float time up to 7–10 Days)

Important Notes

• Float time may vary depending on temperature, humidity, air pressure, altitude, and surrounding environment.

• All estimates above are based on typical indoor air-conditioned conditions.

• Outdoor heat and direct sunlight may significantly reduce balloon float time.

• Helium balloons are not recommended for prolonged outdoor use under Malaysia’s hot weather.

Balloon Care Tips

• Avoid placing balloons inside hot cars or enclosed trunks.

• Keep balloons away from sunlight, heat, sharp objects, and strong wind.

• Store balloons indoors in cool air-conditioned environments whenever possible.

• Decorative additions such as tassel garlands, confetti fillings, and feather fillings may reduce overall float time due to additional weight.
