Step 01

Pick a package, tell us the venue

Choose a ready-to-book decoration package that suits your celebration, then provide your venue address and preferred setup date. We can style selected venues across Penang Island and Mainland, including homes, condos, function rooms, restaurants, offices and hotels.

Step 02

Our team sets up on site

Our decoration team arrives with everything prepared and installs the setup at your venue. You do not need to inflate balloons, install backdrops or arrange the decoration yourself. Setup time depends on the size and complexity of your chosen package.

Step 03

We come back and clear it

Teardown is included with selected decoration packages. After your celebration, our team will return at the agreed time to remove the decorations and clear the setup, so you do not have to take everything down yourself.

Why Our Event Decoration Looks Different On The Day

A beautiful decoration should look just as good in person as it does in the package photo. Our event decoration team prepares and installs your chosen setup at your venue, paying attention to balloon sizing, colour combinations, placement and overall presentation so the finished setup looks neat and well-balanced on the day.

We prepare the decoration before arriving and bring the necessary materials for on-site installation. From balloon arches and backdrops to room surprises and customised setups, our team handles the styling at your venue so you do not have to set everything up yourself. Where teardown is included in your selected package, we will also return at the agreed time to remove the decorations after your celebration.

Our event decoration service is available across selected areas in Penang Island and Mainland, covering birthdays, anniversaries, marriage proposals, baby showers, gender reveals, graduations, grand openings, corporate events and more. For balloons without an on-site setup, explore our balloon delivery or balloon self-pick option.
